In all the years I’ve been a travel advisor, there has never been a higher priority to P&H Travel than the health, happiness, and safety of our customers. With the emergence of the COVID-19 crisis, these priorities have not changed.

We know you have questions around your future or existing travel plans, so we wanted to take some time to share with you some of our resources, your options, and some of the actions we’ve taken to better help you make the most informed decisions about your travel needs.
 
Existing Travel Plans:
We have remained on top of all updates from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), airlines, hotels and resorts, cruise lines, and global tour operators. We check into these reference points regularly to stay apprised of any new developments with this rapidly changing situation.
P&H Travel is working hard to accommodate all requests for information about reservations. However the hold times with our vendors are extremely long and may delay our response.Please stay calm and patient. We will have the answers to your questions as soon as we are able. We are available by phone/email and in person.
 
 
For Future reservations:
If you are thinking of planning a future trip, we are happy to help. Many of our partners offer a special waiver/insurance that allows cancellation for any reason as well as a reduced deposit. So, you can make your future Caribbean/USA-Hawaii-Florida/Mexico/Europe trips with the peace of mind that only a small deposit is needed and you have the option of changing or cancelling without penalties. THIS IS VERY SPECIAL!
We are proud to be able to offer the best protection in the industry to you! So, if you would like to make travel plans and are uncertain, speak with Tracy, Melissa, Ellen, Patrice or Phil who will be able to guide you. Not every supplier has this protection. We will be able to advise you on the best option to book your future trip with confidence.
