Hi Tracy, Just wanted to thank you for all your help in planning our recent vacation. Everything went perfectly ! The cruise was awesome. The brand new Ruby Princess was gorgeous, what an amazing ship! The staff and crew really go out of their way to insure you have the vacation you dreamed of. There was plenty to do all the time or you could just sit back and chill. This was our second Princess cruise and it didn't disappoint. The stateroom, the food , the activities, shore excursions, and entertainment were incredible. The Western Caribbean was beautiful, especially Grand Cayman (can't wait to go back there). We were disappointed with Jamaica. The night before we arrived there the ship sent us a friendly reminder to be vigilant regarding your personal safety and that theme continued even with the Jamaican tour guide we had. Not really the atmosphere we wanted. Some of the local people were quite aggressive in their pursuit to get you to buy their crafts. Although this certainly didn't ruin our trip. Thanks again, we really had a wonderful stress free vacation thanks to you!! sincerely,
